Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period is 30 days from the time on which you or a third party named by you who is not the carrier has or has taken possession of the last goods.
In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (EdenNova GmbH, Marderweg 14, 65933 Frankfurt am Main, Germany, hello@edenleben.com) of your decision by means of a clear statement (e.g. by post or email). to revoke this contract. You can use the attached sample cancellation form for this purpose, although this is not mandatory.
In order to comply with the cancellation period, it is sufficient if you send your notification of your exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.
Consequences of revocation
If you withdraw from this contract, we will be obliged to pay you all payments received from you, including delivery costs (excluding additional costs arising from your choice of a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us ), immediately and at the latest within 30 days from the day on which we received your notification of cancellation of this contract. We will use the same payment method that you used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees as a result of this repayment. We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence of having sent the goods back, whichever is the earlier. You are obliged to return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which you informed us of your cancellation of this contract. The deadline is deemed to have been met if you send the goods before the thirty-day deadline has expired. In principle, you bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this is due to handling other than what is necessary to check the nature, properties and functionality of the goods.
