To ensure that your shopping experience with us is seamless, we encourage you to read our shipping policies carefully before placing an order. ORDER AND SHIPPING CONFIRMATION

After you place an order with us, you will receive an order confirmation email. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. Please check your spam folder if you have not received these emails.

PROCESSING TIME AND SHIPPING SCHEDULE

Despite high order volumes, we at EdenLeben want to do our best to ensure that your orders are processed within 2-3 working days before your package makes its way to you. Due to busy supply chains, a shipping time of 7-14 working days can currently be expected until you can receive and enjoy your new favorite product.
Please also note that we only ship orders on working days (Monday to Friday). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

FREE SHIPPING

We offer free shipping on all orders on all of our products.

For international orders, please be aware that additional taxes, customs duties and fees may apply upon delivery. These costs are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the shipping costs calculated by EdenLeben . Please check with your local customs office for further information regarding possible charges before placing your order.

SHIPPING SERVICE PROVIDER AND TRACKING

When you place an order with EdenLeben , we work with reliable shipping service companies to ensure that your order arrives on time and in good condition. Although EdenLeben works with reliable shipping providers to ensure the safe and timely delivery of your package, we cannot guarantee delivery within a specific time frame. However, in the event of shipping delays or problems, EdenLeben will work with you as quickly as possible to resolve the issue. However, EdenLeben is not liable for any shipping delays or difficulties that may arise during the shipping process.

SIGNATURES AND PACKAGE DELIVERY

Some of our shipping service partners may require a signature upon delivery. In this case, the shipping service provider will not leave the package at your door without obtaining a signature from someone at the delivery address. If no one is present to sign for the package, the carrier may leave it at a nearby location or redeliver it at a later date. Please note that EdenLeben is not liable for problems caused by shipping service companies' decision to leave packages without a recipient.

If you know you won't be able to be there to receive the package when it arrives, you may be able to arrange for someone else to sign for it. Alternatively, you can contact the shipping service company directly to make alternative delivery arrangements. It is important to note that once the package has been delivered and signed for, EdenLeben will no longer be liable for the package or any problems that may arise.

DAMAGES DUE TO HANDLING BY THE SHIPPING SERVICE PROVIDER

At EdenLeben we take great care to ensure that all of our products are of the highest quality and are packaged securely to prevent damage during transport. However, sometimes packages can be damaged due to handling by the shipping service provider.

If you receive a package that appears to be damaged, we recommend that you take photos of the packaging and contact the shipping carrier as soon as possible to report the problem. Please also send us the same photos to hello@e denleben.com and we will do our best to help you.

Please note that damage caused by shipping carrier handling is outside of our refund policy. We thank you for your understanding in this matter and will do everything we can to help you resolve any issues with damaged packages.

MISSED DELIVERY

At EdenLeben we understand that it is important for you to receive your order on time and we strive to ship all orders as quickly as possible. However, please note that in some cases there may be delays in delivery which are beyond our control.

For example, shipping service partners may experience unexpected delays or problems during transportation, such as difficult weather conditions or transportation disruptions. In such cases, we will do our best to work with the shipping service provider to ensure your package is delivered as quickly as possible.

Additionally, there may be unforeseen circumstances that may delay the processing or shipping of your order, such as product availability issues, address verification issues, or payment processing delays. We will notify you as soon as possible if we identify any problems with your order that could result in a delay.

Please note that EdenLeben is not liable for delivery delays caused by external factors beyond our control. Furthermore, we cannot guarantee that an exact delivery date will be met. However, we will always do our best to keep you updated on the status of your order and provide any assistance to resolve any issues that arise.

CHANGES TO ORDERS AND ACCURATE SHIPPING INFORMATION

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that shipping information is accurate and complete at the time of ordering. Incomplete or inaccurate shipping information may result in delayed processing or cancellation of the order.

If you notice an error in your shipping information, please email us at hello@edenleben.com within 24 hours of placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate any changes, but we cannot guarantee that we will be able to make changes after this time.

INCOMPLETE/INCORRECT ORDERS

If your package arrives with missing or incomplete items, please contact us at hello@edenleben.com within 48 hours of receiving the package with your order number and the details of the missing or incomplete items. Depending on stock and availability, we may ship products separately. We will cover shipping costs for missing or incomplete items. If we are unable to provide a replacement, we will issue a refund for the missing or incomplete items or seek an alternative solution.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

We understand that it can be frustrating to experience lost or stolen packages during the shipping process. Once we hand over the package to our shipping service partners, it is beyond our control. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact us at hello@edenleben.com and we will do our best to help you.

If your package is lost or stolen, we recommend that you contact the shipping company directly to report a claim. Most shipping providers have a process for handling lost or stolen packages and may require additional information from you to complete the process.

Please note that EdenLeben is not responsible for lost or stolen packages during the shipping process.

RETURNS

We understand that it may sometimes be necessary to return an item you purchased from EdenLeben and we want to make this process as easy as possible for you. Please note that customers will be responsible for shipping costs when returning an item.

To begin the return process, please review our Returns Policy, which details the conditions for accepting returns. You can find our return policy on our website under the “Cancellation Policy” tab. Please review the policies carefully to ensure your return meets the required conditions.

CANCELLATION

EdenLeben reserves the right to cancel and refuse any order placed on our website. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. In the event of a change or cancellation of an order, we will attempt to contact you at the email address provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order that we suspect is fraudulent, unauthorized, illegal, or in violation of our Terms of Service.

If we cancel an order at our sole discretion other than at the customer's request, we will issue a full refund of the purchase price within 14 business days. Please note that refunds may take 3-5 business days depending on your bank or credit card company. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

EdenLeben reserves the right to change or update this shipping policy at any time without notice. It is the customer's responsibility to check the current version of the shipping policy before purchasing and using our products.
